666 I think this was St Elizabeth's football team sometime in the 50s? My dad, Gerry Porter, is the goalie. I don't know any of the others. Does anyone recognise themselves or a friend/family member? Pretty sure that the guy on the back row, second in from the right is my uncle, John Mc Parlan who died last November.I know that he played for them at that time. My dad Peter Saunders is the one on the right with the football, my uncle Peter Moylan is to his left with the other ball.Paul Mcparlan Pre 1944, most pupils stayed at primary school until they left at age 14.

Wispa Phil Naylor and Ronnie Winstanley's names ring a bell, if its the same bloke a Naylor used to play for Hatton Hiil School football team, 1970-75. Realy good player he was I played for St Wilfreds but didnt know him Austin Monaghan would do though I think coming from that area were as I'm a Bootle lad and proud.
