Great stuff again Dan enlarging the pictures all the lads say thank you
Going to look into people that made it from Bootle JOC got the idea from Ernie some investigating on this one but l love it all this history that could have been lost
Ernie has got away with words going to ask him to put something together how we all regarded training meeting and playing in the JOC that team building that took place l could do a degree on it.
To this day l talk to my young apprentices about working together and always relate to football training in the JOC and team building.
Well do need some more input from other lads from the JOC would love Eddie to put his book on this post l had the privilege to look and read it Wellies in the Summer it was great or should l say fantastic this can also be lost. Sorry, Eddie but what a read
Also got a mate Peter Walsh put something together regarding football will ask him to post it another great reading. Sorry Peter

Some faces on Bootle Grammar pics, two up from this.
Back left Peter Murt, Back right Alan Murch
Front Left Peter Brown, Norman Gwyther, Ken Nacinovich, Front right next to Teacher Geoff Clark.
They were the lads from our League and Cup winning Netherton Moss Juniors team.
Definately right with Alan Murch and Peter Murt (that's "Mr Murt" to all those who went to Gray Street/Thomas Gray school between approx 1970 and 1990).
Also on that one (1960) is Colin Gilvin centre back row.
The BGS 1966 pic has Alan Murch front row kneeling on the left, John Hollis sitting second left. Other possibilities in that team could be Stevie Mann and Phil ? on the back row and is that Geoff Clark seated in front of teacher?

Nice to see those boys. Bee Jones knew some of them, might know some others, I’ll ask her.
