I no it not the joc but still football

Went round to se a friend and he opened a shoe box with all his season ticket and many other things to do with Liverpool. 1965 and still going

1966 FA Cup final should have been ten bob he paid in them days seven pound and ten bob a weeks money to him.

Just found out today that the Crosby and Formby district football is finished no more teams. Well l played and think Eddie played in that. Sad times ....

I did indeed Bob. I played for The Swinging Sporran when we won the league after winning every game. I also played for The Chaucer and Fairfax. Really sad the league has folded up.

Eddie you must have played with booby Owen John dry and all the other lads. Was Frank the manager in your day can't think of is last name at the moment. Eddie some great games in that league yes sad its going, don't the kids play on a Sunday anymore. Regards bobby.

lots of photos and info with some of the teams first playing in the Joc

Yes bob I played with both Jad and Bobby. I was only talking to Jad the other day outside the Lakeside gym. :D Peter Banks was the manager when I played. Tucker Cliff was the Sporan manager. I was chatting to Geoff Steers yesterday about the JOC and the Crosby league. Nice guy and a very good footballer in his days.

Eddie played against Jad and Geoff two good players. Tucker played for the Windham and Bootle St James another good player as well.
Geoff would have some pictures of Eden vale think Gerry Jones was playing then he was another great player. Bob
