Hiya Bob,
Not sure why you are having issues uploading images. Post Image is defo working here.
Checked here and all is working with IMGBB too, and I'm seeing others posting also without issue.
Could be anything really.
Could depend on which web browser you are using.
Maybe a setting in there has been changed after an update?
Are you using a VPN? Maybe the photo hosting sites don't like this.
Incognito mode? Not sure about this as I don't use it.
If you are posting copyrighted material possibly there may be code embedded in the image preventing sharing.
Are the photos in a format uploadable to the hosting sites? ie: jpg, jpeg and are within the upload size limit etc?
I've often had photos sent to me in jpg format which were downloadable but impossible to open, edit and share after opening in Photoshop and the only way was to take a screenshot of it instead and save as a new version and use that instead.
The quickest way to test to see if it's your web browser causing issues would be to sign in using a completely different web browser as this could narrow things down.
The ones I use on my desktop computer are...
Firefox
Chrome
Microsoft Edge
Opera
And on my mobile phone I use 'Brave' (I highly recommend this on a mobile device) which has a built-in ad blocker to speed up browsing. (maybe when using this it blocks posting due to disabling ads there - I'm unsure though as my main browser is Firefox on Windows 10 Desktop.
Even better, if you have access to a different computer try doing it from there too.
Another thing to do which usually solves issues is to delete the cache for the browser having difficulties.
Search for either of the below...
'clear cache Firefox',
'clear cache Chrome',
'clear cache Microsoft Edge',
'clear cache Opera',
'clear cache Brave',
How to do it is different for each web browser.
If you could let me know at which point uploading images you are having issues and when you are seeing the problem and if any of the above do not help give me a shout back here.
Hope this helps Bob and let us know how you get on.
Cheers,
Mack

Been checking the image hosting sites.
The "Forbidden" notice that comes from the imgbb host service is due to its storage limit of 32 MB being exceeded.
So find your cache on the imgbb site and clear it.
There's another service live.staticflickr.com that has introduced a 1000 photo limit on its free accounts.
I don't know of a workaround other than to use another hosting service.

Borrowed from Facebook
This my late older brother Les WILLCOX who used to referee in the Bootle JOC. He migrated to Canada and became a FIFA referee who took charge in many international games and is this photo is Roberto Baggio and the Italian side playing against the Canadian national team. It turns out that one of our WILLCOX ancestors was among a group of 14 who set up the Canadian Football Association
