great posts Dan
interesting stat for william ross
mick mc cormack and henry bradley scored over 35 goals each
after 15 games , 96 for, 98 against and only lost 5 games
we must have had the worst defence
but great times

Cheers Bob.
What I hope to do, is to go back and look at the match reports to see if any of the contributors were mentioned in dispatches.
Also be looking for Bootle Corpy. William Ross, Blessed Sac,Holy Ghost and any others.
Got a short report on a Netherton YC v Holy Ghost U21 match in 1971/72, that sounded like a battle. 6 booked, 1 sent off.
Regards
Dan
